The time spent in the Texas branch of Primatech had not been completely without merit. He had picked up alot of important information while they ran their tests on him, not the least of it being the address of the Cheerleader.

He would have escaped sooner if that stupid girl, Eden, hadn't shot herself. Still, her presence had made his mind wander back to someone else he had known back when he was still Gabriel, a name he heard repeated threw the walls a few times:

Elle Bishop.

The facts he gathered were simple enough. She was an agent and worked at the facility in New York. Which was where he headed as soon as he got out (which took alot longer than he liked. He had almost died in there). Especially with Claire's father being an agent, he had a feeling having an agent on his side would help.

And if it didn't, well then he could finally kill the bitch, which he would do eventually either way.

Breaking into the building was surprisingly simple. A few agents tried to stop him, but he killed them, and got the information on where to find what he was looking for. Who he was looking for. She was just an ends to a means, of course. There was no other reason for him coming to get Elle.

He twisted his hand, ripping open the door for her bedroom before stalking his way inside. He could hear the alarms going off, and they were probably calling out more agents to come after him. The sooner he got out, the better.

Sylar had barely slept at all. He couldn't. He was too paranoid that if he closed his eyes, she would be gone once he opened them again. Not that it mattered if she left or not, he told himself, but it would be an inconvenience. After all, he had gone through alot of trouble to kidnap her.

Other than for a small, two hour nap, he spent most of the night watching her toss and turn. More than once he had been tempted to climb in her bed and try to soothe her, but he always managed to talk himself out of it, even when she shed her clothes, leaving her just in her tank top and underwear. He had never seen so much of her before, but he certainly wasn't complaining.

As she began to stir he was already up, making himself a cup of coffee for the morning. He glanced over at her, raising a curious brow. "Did you sleep well?" He knew the answer, but she didn't need to know he had been watching her all night.

She sat up too fast with a groan, reaching a hand to push back her unruly hair with a painful pout as her head swam for a moment. Did she sleep well? Couldn't he even tell? Grumpily, she got out of bed and headed straight for the bathroom, eying his coffee greedily. "Don't talk to me until I look human," she growled, pushing past the door and leaving it carelessly ajar. "I'm using your toothbrush," she warned him, grabbing it, because she was whether he liked it or not, and then shed her clothes, stumbling naked into the shower.

Really, this discomfort was his fault, she thought, turning on the spray. She didn't even have clean clothes, did she? Just her sweaty ones. She'd rather walk around naked.

He had planned ahead time and actually picked up some clothes for her to wear, but he would wait until she finished showering to tell her that. As it was, he couldn't help but let his eyes follow her naked form get into the shower through the crack of the door.

Even with blood caked hair and sweat, he was pretty it was the most attractive thing he had ever seen.

She breathed a sigh of relief and ignored the stinging pain of warm water against the gash on her head. She let the water run the sticky sweat and the caked blood down the drain, and brushed her teeth and tongue thoroughly. Shampooing and conditioning was a long, ginger, and painful process, but it was finally down to her satisfaction. By the time she had shaved and washed herself down, Elle felt much better.

She stood under the shower head awhile longer and finally turned the shower off, stepping out and drying her body and hair off just as carefully. She shivered at the new, cold air, dropped the soaked fabric, and wrapped some fluffy, worn robe around her waist to walk out. She could use coffee.

He looked away as she exited the bathroom. The last thing she needed to know was that he had been watching her. But instead he poured another cup of coffee, holding it out for her.

She looked much better now, he couldn't deny that. And that robe hid very little. Not that he noticed or anything.

"I have some extra clothes for you in my bag."

If nothing else, he had been a kidnapper who planned well. He had a pair of jeans for her, and a white button down blouse. Nothing special, but it was better than nothing.

If he wasn't hovering near the kitchen counter in addition to the door, Elle might have been suspicious. Instead she just took the hot mug gratefully and took a deep inhale of the dark, steaming liquid before sipping it black. Usually she put in a mountain of sugar, but she was too eager to add it first, and she moaned appreciatively. "Clothes?" she asked reverently, and turned immediately to his duffel on the couch, pulling out a plastic bag with what looked like jeans and shirt eagerly. Maybe he was a keeper, after all. "What about underwear?"

"It would be in another bag," He commented, taking another sip of his coffee. He had no idea if he had picked her the right bra size or not, but oh well. She'd have to make due. At the very least, he had picked her a nice, lazy white pair. It was cutesy, the sort of thing he thought she'd like (and he'd like to see her in, he'd admit).

She narrowed her eyes at him suspiciously, and snatched up the other bag to peek in. White. Lace. Less functional and more sexy. Kidnapped her to get past Noah, her ass. She checked the bra size and sighed. Too small. Should she offended he thought she was a cup too small? No, too easy.

Instead Elle put the bags to the side, untied her robe casually, and let it pool to the floor before reaching for the panties. If he wanted to see her in lingerie, he'd see her in lingerie. And then have a hard on for however long he pleased.

It probably didn't help that since the bra was too small, her breasts swelled and nearly popped out. But at least the jeans fit. That was nice.

It didn't help that he already was somewhat hard from watching her in the shower, but as she began to disrobe and dress in front of him? He felt himself harden completely, his soft gasp of appreciation hidden by his cup of coffee.

It was a nice view though. Better than any he had ever had before. Not that he had much experience with women in lingerie. The few girlfriends he had had in his life, he had never gotten very far with, and since becoming Sylar (since meeting her) pursuing a woman had been the last thing on his mind.

He could hide his gasp, but he definitely couldn't hide the tent in his boxers, and Elle raised a taunting, knowing eyebrow at both it and him as she pulled on the blouse and started buttoning it up. It was a little long, and a little big, so she knotted the tails just over the hem of her jeans and then put her hands on her hips, looking up at him expectantly.

Well, it wasn't like it was a secret he was attracted to her. After all, he had kissed her the night before. Still at her expectant look he smirked a little, nodding in approval. "It looks nice."

And it fit her personality much better than the conservative outfits she had worn back when she had visited his apartment.

"I didn't ask you if I look nice, you pervert," she shot back impatiently. Of course she looked nice. She always looked good. Except for this morning, maybe. "I'm waiting for a reason not to kill you and go back home."

She could, theoretically. He wasn't invincible, yet. One good stream of electricity would do him right in, and now that she was over her little embarrassing suicide mission, she felt okay about that. It was shameful, really, how she hadn't just killed him all those times she had a chance yesterday. And who could forget the cherry on top of such a sad little sundae? When she was going to roll over and be dead for him like a willing sacrifice.

She was glad it was over with, her little affair with guilt. And okay, she was glad she didn't kill him either.

And maybe she was absurdly pleased he was as hard as a rock, too.

"If you were going to kill me, you would have done it already," He replied in a matter of fact tone, setting his cup of coffee down. "And I'm not a pervert for complimenting you on your looks. Most women would appreciate that."

He began to strip off his tank top and boxers to change into a clean set. After all, if she could dress in front of him, why shouldn't he return the favor to her?

He hadn't secured the locks yet like he did before, but like he stated, he wasn't too worried about it. Nighttime would have been the perfect time to try to kill him, and she didn't do it. She had stayed. Which made things easier for him. That was the only reason.

Just like he was only hard because any man would be after watching her dress.

She scowled at his self-absorbed assumption, and the agitated puff of air turned fluidly into a heavy gulp as he started to strip. It was just a body, she told herself furiously, her eyes raking down his firm chest, her cheeks turning a little pink at his stiff cock. It was kind of a pretty one, and it wasn't nearly as small as she had told him yesterday, especially all hard like that. She forced her gaze back up to his face and snapped, "Yes. Thank you for leering at me like a creep. I'm flattered. And I will kill you now. I'm over feeling guilty. Don't test me." And just to prove the point, she lifted a palm full of electricity.

He shrugged his shoulders. Still, he couldn't help but preen a little as her eyes traveled over his body. It was nice to know she appreciated him just as much. If her electricity scared him, he didn't show it and he pulled on a clean pair of jeans, securing it with a belt.

He didn't say anything in response to her threat but instead picked out a black button down shirt, pulling it on.

She bristled, hesitated at his non response, her chest heaving with angry huffs. "Well?" she spat. She didn't quite understand what part of the 'convince me or I kill you' game he didn't understand.

He couldn't help but chuckle softly at her response as he finished buttoning up his shirt. He made his way over to her, cupping her chin gently. "Just how do you suggest I go convincing you?" A shiver ran down his spine briefly as he thought of the desperate, unexpected kisses they had shared the night before.

The anger in her expression drew back into submissive shock, and for a moment she stared up at him with wary eyes, intimidated--although she'd never admit it--by his proximity and how quickly her heart sped from it. So obviously her only plan of action involved slapping his hand away with a vicious spark, and quickly stepping back. "No freebies. You figure it out," she sniped.

If he was taken aback or annoyed by the way she slapped his hand away, he didn't show it. "I can think of a few things," And without another thought he leaned in, pressing his lips against hers once more.

She let out an exaggerated, infuriated sound, her eyes widening in surprise--even though a small, ignored part of her was waiting for it, reveled in it, another part of her hadn't seen it coming through her indignation.

How easy did he think she was? She sparked hotly onto his soft lips, shoving him away with all the strength and weight in her small frame. Just for good measure, she slapped his cheek dramatically. She had a point to prove, anyway.

She wasn't exactly sure what that point was, but it involved humiliating him and being generally difficult. Probably because she wanted him, and he clearly wanted her. Obviously this meant game, set, match for control in the twisted relationship. "Strike one."

Was it weird that he actually preferred her fighting back like this as opposed to how almost terrifyingly compliant she had been the night before? It certainly got his attention, anyways.

Still, he frowned, a little annoyed as he rubbed his cheek. He grabbed her hand and pulled her in closer to him, so that her body was pressed against his. "I don't think you're the one calling the shots around here."

Although really, they had both proven that they weren't willing to kill one another, not if they didn't have to, anyways. But that knowledge didn't make any of the rest of it easier.

She let out a surprised squeak, falling forward at his urging, and gasping at his very warm, very solid body against hers, some of his parts more solid than others. Her jaw set through the aroused flushed that rose, prickling over her skin, and she was so angry at her reaction that she could hardly see straight, glaring up at him. "Oh yeah?" she hissed, and her body rushed with electricity, enough to make his limbs spasm, and she stepped back easily with a gleeful smirk.

He cried out in pain, stumbling backwards at her shocks, much stronger than what he had been expecting. She was full on surprises this morning. And why the fact that things were taking a violent turn was turning him on more, he didn't know, but he didn't give it much thought either.

"Yes," He spat in return, flicking his wrist to pin her against the wall. Not as strong as when he had been preventing her from running off, but strong enough to keep her there.

She cried out, her eyes filling with fury and her teeth gritting as she slammed against the wall, unable to move. Easily, she simply opened her palm and shot a sizzling arc of lightning at him, with enough punch to send him flying across the room.

She stumbled to the ground, seething. "I'm sorry, you were saying?" she growled sarcastically, lifting her hand, ready at his slightest movement. "I'm not convinced yet."

He slammed into the wall before falling down to the ground, his back cracking slightly in the process. He'd probably be bruised and a little burned later, but he didn't care. He rose back his feet, stalking closer to her.

"Like I said before, if you were going to kill me, you would have? All this?" He smirked a little. "It's just fun and games."
